THE LAST TWO W6VIO CALLING ISSUES

Were assembled by Gordon Crawford (WB6DRH) and Merv MacMedan, (W6IUV). Merv did the May issue and Gordon did the June issue. They certainly did a fine job.

THE COMMON GROUND

A publication of the LA area Council of Amateur Radio Clubs, Inc has listed the JPL ARC as a Member Club is their June-July Issue.

The missing QST's (ref May issue W6VIO calling) were supplied to Joan in the Library. This now completes our QST file which is bound and complete from 1947 to present. A real reference gold mine for those needing this archive material.

Maurice PIROUMIAN -(WA6OPB),

Ex-President of our ARC. recently had a house guest from Papeete, Tahiti. The guest was Fernand Cavmet FO8DO. F08DO operates all bands from 10 to 40 meters and keeps regular sked with Maurice. FO8DO also operates SSTV.

Merrill Burnett advises that our membership now stands at 79 paid up members.
