This is the left side of the QSL card from the Voyager 2 Encounter with Saturn on August 25, 1981. The image on the QSL card shows Saturn with two of its moons Dione (top) and Enceladus.

This is the right side of the same QSL card showing the subtle variations in the ultravoilet spectrum of the rings through the use of false colors.

The images above are from the rear side of the Voyager 2 Saturn Encounter QSL card. See the September, 1981, issue of “W6VIO Calling” for George Morris’ (W6ABW) recap of this special event.
If you are a Slow Scan TV buff you can access MP3 copies of two sides of the special JPL ARC Voyager encounter with Saturn SSTV cassette recording here.. It has an introduction by Rr. Bruce Murray and narration by Dr. Al Hibbs.
Then go to the NASA Voyager Mission web page for more detailed information and the NSSDC Saturn Photo Gallery for many high quality images taken during the encounter.
